2006 - 2007 Individual Membership Application Form

The Trail of Florida's Indian Heritage is a non-profit network of organizations, historical sites, museums, and individual members that share the commitment to the following Mission Statement--

"The mission of the Trail of Florida's Indian Heritage is:

         - promoting responsible site visitation and

         - public education of Florida's Indian Heritage

Interpretation will engage all levels, will be consistent and based on current science to encourage heritage tourism.

We would like to invite your participation as a member of the Trail for 2006 - 2007.  Individual Memberships are $35.00 per year which are fully tax deductible.  You will receive a Trail Membership Card and will be invited to participate in the General membership meeting where you will have the privilege to vote for the Trail Board of Directors for 2007-2008.
